I ran an ADB command on the phone to launch it.
adb shell am start -n com.android.systemui/.DemoMode
I am not sure what this does but it looks cool!

This is an option in developer options
Oh LOL. My bad.
So, I just tried the command, it’s actually different than the entry in developer options. Doesn’t look like it does much though.
On my phone, it just lets you toggle status bar icons.
