I uninstalled the gallery app from my TCL flip 2 and then reinstalled it and it doesnt show my pictures now, and i cant view pictures from camera or from file manager how do i fix this?

Are the pictures still on the phone?

yes they are still on the phone when i press it, it says no thumbnail.

Probably means gallery app didn’t install properly or the pictures are gone
Bluetooth a picture to another phone or anything else and see if it works
but even when i take a picture it doesnt let me view it
then its a gallery app issue, your phone doesn’t have a app that can see pictures
so how can i fix that

maybe there’s a newer version of gallery thats why its not working? Anyone know where to find the newest one?
Doesn’t matter the version, even if you use the first gallery app in the world, it would still work. Also its a flip phone, why would they ever make a new version of the app?
You need to systemize it

when you delete a system app, and re-install it, it goes to a different location on the phone. just run:
adb shell pm path (gallery package name)
