I don’t understand. The first time you had the phone, you complained about the buttons. Enough to go out and sell it within a few days of getting it. And you’re saying the D-pad is the same, did they improve the QWERTY keyboard at all, or you’re just giving it another chance now?
Are these beta updates?

Major issue with keyphone is the camera. It cant take pictures of moving stuff. It takes the picture a second too late and is always blurry.

I found another bug on the phone, but I was only able to do it once on my phone and once on my wife’s phone. I was not able to reproduce it consistently.

20 Beta testers already have android auto. They hope to release it to the public in the next 2 weeks, hopefully next week Monday.
Anybody that needs to have hotspot enabled can call in their support, they will activate it on the spot.
Same for messaging, if you want it removed, you can ask them to remove it.
Yiddish keyboard and case for phone are in production.

I never understood why they release the updates on a Monday. It’s not as if they are making these changes on Shabbos or Sunday.
It makes sense if they work on updates Monday through Thursday, and Thursday afternoon release an update. And based on user feedback by Monday they can work on more updates.
last week the update happened on Tuesday. Might be coming yet.

My guess is it’s because if you release an update on a Thursday, you don’t really have anyone working on Friday for more than a few hours, Motzei Shabbos or Sunday. If there’s a real bug, you’ll have angry customers until Monday when you can fix it.
