If you encounter a screen like this after flashing
Go to settings, first line My Device, and press 5 times in a row on the top right button called jelly star.
This is sometimes caused by flashing a European ROM on a global device or vice versa.
This solution only works on Jelly star
On other models you need to edit the build.prop
