Update APN on Escolls

Is there any way to manually program the APN on an Escolls Ani Chomah phone?

I have service with RedPocket and it stopped working. They told me to update the APN. When I put the sim into another phone and manually updated the APN, it works fine. But I can’t see how to do it on the Escolls.

Go on their website. There is an update for the phone that will probably fix it. Doesn’t add back APN settings, but it fixes a lot of carrier compatibility issues.

Thanks, I updated the phone about a month ago. The update made the phone work with AT&T. And then I was able to activate it on RedPocket. But a month in, when the plan was supposed to automatically renew, it stopped working, and I have to manually update the APN. So I don’t think that would help.

I have had a few on US Mobile-Dark Star (AT&T reseller) and have not had a problem yet

I emailed Escolls, and they said it’s not possible to manually update the APN.
