Gentech says that’s in order for the app to work, they have to allow YouTube unfiltered.
That is correct
Unless they come up with some way to differentiate requests coming from the app
They said that they can’t do that, but it’s interesting because there are other sites like music table that also pulls from YouTube and that works even when YouTube is blocked.
@TripleU I was told to ask you.
Does music table play the songs?
nope
they just have to allow music.youtube.com
nothing else
need these working
mc.alltech.dev (anon login)
all zemer.io domains
Google login
music.youtube.com
api.flipphoneguy.duckdns.org (latest releases)
And probably a bunch more
If YouTube music is allowed I don’t need Zemer…
I don’t want to have YouTube music open
you are just asking them to allow the domain
not the Youtube music app…
I’m assuming most people who use zemer don’t have the ability on their phone to use a browser or install any apps they want.
But yes, this is the trade-off of zemer. I will never host any files.
Well Techloq says that they can allow the app without unfiltering youtube
Techloq allows YouTube embeds in open sites while YouTube.com is blocked
@Shalom_Karr beat me
Yes, I spoke to them once about it and they said if you have access to a site they believe that you should have access to the full site
I want to use it on a tablet and I do have a browser, so I can’t allow YouTube music.
but I guess you’re right for most people.
so use SK Music
or if its apple use @Customer_Service modified version
https://skmusic.jacob-dcd.workers.dev
Nice!
that works for techloq users that you youtube.com blocked

What’s the difference for apple that you need a different version? and what is different about it?
Nice. Thanks.
Keeps on coming up “can’t play (song name) skipping”.
filter issue?
go to /test
Because iOS freezes embedded YouTube music in the background.
