I have a phone that I cannot unlock with device password.
I already tried with all the codes that I know, is there anything I can still do besides a hard reset?

Its already on my cloud but it won’t sync
force a sync from the devices menu make sure your device battery is more than 15% and there is a data connection if its not syncing try to force a sync and then run the find my device command
When I said it won’t sync I wasn’t clear enough.
It won’t sync because I have no data connection (It’s a sprint model, I don’t think any sim would give me data)
try to use the T-mobile sim from us mobile (they don’t have a automated system that blocks service when a sim is inserted in a invalid device)
