Do I now know what @TripleU looks like?
I am actually willing to try out the filter to see how it works and see performance. I don’t want to badmouth a company bug Meshimer will never be successful if they don’t put their customers first.
Geder is really good and nice to their customers. They are using the livigent software and what sets them apart is the service. Meshimer on the other hand can have the best filter in the world and it will still be an awful user experience based on their customer support and indifference to their customers.

I just spoke to someone who has been a beta tester for the new filter for some time now, and I questioned him a bit about some of the things that were discussed here.
He has a normal laptop that he bought about 3 years ago with 16GB of RAM, and he doesn’t feel at all like there is a filter on the machine. When it starts up, it uses about 1.2GB, and after about half an hour to an hour, it settles down to around 700–800MB.
On his machine, looking at the filter’s folder, he sees that the filter uses about 700MB on the disk.
He has a: Lenovo ThinkPad X1
He shared a few pictures of how it is set up according to his policy; the way the painting works feels very good on the eyes. He has never had anything like this on any previous filter. The men/women feature works beautifully; almost 95 percent of the time, no woman slips through, and if he wants, he can also request to paint men, allowing him to go through the whole day with almost no forbidden sights. He tried both, but for him, just painting women was sufficient.
They also have the option to paint only skin (which most filters have today), but it also paints hair, which is a novelty and makes a tremendous difference in the refinement of the image—but he wanted the entire person [painted].
He only has the desktop version, but he heard from others that the mobile version works just as well, though it doesn’t have the full polish of the desktop version yet.

Emunet is built to keep filtering and analysis on the device, reducing outside routing, third-party exposure, and unnecessary access to browsing activity.
If all filtering is done locally, then that means that they don’t have all your internet usage being processed on their servers.
That’s a lot more private and secure.
No point in me arguing on every point you made, I just answered the ones that have to do with the actual filter itself.
But my main point is that I think that this looks very good.
I’ve felt for a while that the tech that most filters are using is very outdated, and that there’s way better out there.
There’s no reason why my options should be either Techloq / Livigent level filtering with things slipping through and false positives and negatives, or NetFree, which is way too strict, with nothing in between.
I still think that there’s room to go better, because I - actually, no reason for me to give it all away.
Hopefully Prism will be interested in working with me, but if not, maybe Techloq will be smart enough.
But I’m very excited that filters are finally moving ahead together with the rest of technological advancement, and am looking forward to seeing some of these filters coming to Linux.
