Is anyone able to help me with network unlocking Kyocera Dura XE 4710? I used to do it on AT&T’s online tool, but it doesn’t work anymore. It’s the code it asks for as soon as you start it and doesn’t recognize any network, including AT&T until it’s unlocked. It gives this message: “SIM network unlock PIN.”I know it’s an older phone, but they are a good AT&T option if I can get it working! Thanks

You can use Unlockbase.com to get a code, they say they give a refund if it doesn’t work. Also make sure you have the VoLTE update if you wanna actually use it for calls and text
Btw I once tried to request a unlock code for a old AT&T locked phone, and shockingly they approved me, and gave me a unlock code, and it didn’t even work!! 
Thanks! I used a white At&T branded card that did work many times in the past for this exact model of phone. I’ll make sure it’s updated. Unlock base gives a reply in 24 hours and that time is about up, so we’ll see what happens.
Does it have a AT&T logo on it?

Sorry, when I bought the unlock from them, they said they would give me the code in 24 hours or less and that time is almost up. But thanks so much for your tip for updating! I don’t know why I didn’t think about it myself, but I updated it, and now it doesn’t ask for a code, and it works just fine on my sim. Thanks again!

Yes 100 percent. Works pretty well with d-pad. May need to use one pulled from a flip phone.
Will need a mouse for some features.
