Looking for a smart watch that suits me

Requirements:

  1. Operating system: WearOS or another Android-based system (does such a thing even exist?)
  2. Suitable for swimming and running
  3. Includes at least 4GB of internal storage, with the ability to transfer MP3 files from the computer for playback
  4. No constant need for a smartphone. If a smartphone is required for initial setup, that’s fine, but on a daily basis I do not use a smartphone.
  5. Preferably with synchronization software for the computer – but if not, it should be possible to track my activities on the watch itself without a smartphone, with a history of at least two months.
  6. No need for a constant internet connection
  7. Ability to install APKs and access ADB
  8. Preference: Ability to do ROOT.
Price up to $250, but if nothing fits, I can go up to $350.

I saw the Samsung Galaxy FE at a great price, but:

  1. Is it possible to ROOT it?
  2. Can I store my sports history on it?
  3. Is a smartphone required for the initial setup? If yes, does it specifically need to be a Samsung?
  4. Any other things I need to know about it?

No need SIM.

Thanks to everyone!

Did you look into fitbit watches?

I believe wearOS is android and you can install apps on it that were modified for wearOS

Are you sure that Fitbit watches are based on Wear OS?
I need a Wear OS watch so I can sideload APKs and gain root access.

I found the Pixel Watch 2.
There’s a tutorial on XDA explaining how to root it.
Once I buy it, I’ll try it out and share an update.
