on the qin f21 all you have to do is add an entry into the android manifest of the app you want to show up in settings. the settings app looks for the entries in apps and shows them in settings

Does the GPS work properly on the TCL Flip Go? Because it literally doesn’t work for me.
Needs to pick up location once, then it usually works. First time can take a few minutes (it helps if you’re outdoors)
