It’s my dad eccomerce website - he pays some company to manage it. A fake cloudflare page when an admin tries to login. The website asks to asks to access devices and apps. WP Code randomly gets deactivated. Random products have their edit button removed.
That is why I don’t like wordpress and I use HTML CSS JavaScript and Supabase on Cloudflare Pages
He doesn’t know how to code … tried to get him to custom code it but he doesn’t want to. Plus wordpress website are not the only ones that get hacked

Do you have admin access to at least start by changing the password? Are there backups that you could revert to? That would be the safest. If that’s not possible, install a security plugin like Wordfence and run a scan. I’m suppose you have been in contact with the company who is managing the website?

Yes i do have admin access to the site. Wordfence was installed but accidently got deacitivated. Scans took care of some of the problems but some are still there. And yes we did change passwords. My dad has been in contact with the company … They ran the terminal commands the fake cloudflare page told them too 
Usually the way it goes is that the company doesn’t fix something unless we complain about it. There’s also a lot of AI coded features in the website - once i removed over 200 lines of AI written css code that did nothing.
