I don’t know why nobody gets that these Chinese phones are never certified. Have to work to get it running and it’s a game of cat and mouse.

First of all, no play store, second, it wouldn’t matter anyway.
So what’s pshat some people get it to work and some don’t?
If it’s the same device and same ROM and one user can and one cannot, and it’s in the same timeframe, it’s most probably a user error.

Enabled denylist in magisk added messages play store play services carrier services to denylist. Fetch on pif(tried auto and GitHub). set valid kb through tricky addon, set security patch, select from denylist, cleared data from play store play services carrier services and messages
