Yep captive portal is not on the ROM.
You can add it by taking it from any f21 rom.

Look at the magisk to system guide.
All you need to do is just tar and replace current adb.tar, scripts are already set up.
But no need for that. Just unzip the module and just put the apk in the correct place.

Systemize is not for ROM building
Either add it with root, set perms, ownership etc… and pull ROM, or unpack and repack with lp/crb
The module “systemizes” it.

Recently I stopped receiving and being able to send RCS messages. Rooted Qin f21 pro. It still shows RCS connected in settings and whenever I send message it tries to send RCS but fails, message failed to send
Was there anything changed in this ROM that wouldn’t allow Wi-Fi calling with an Israeli carrier? Wi-Fi calling works fine with T-Mobile but not with Pelephone in Israel
You sure that carrier supports WiFi calling?
Yes and it works with other qin f21 roms
Did anyone flash the 6.1.3 on the 33.2.1? Remember reading that you first need to flash to 1.0.8, wonder if its true.
You can flash you just need to flash the new speaker one
