@Shalom_Karr I have a couple optiplex micros. All my 4gb ram is already on auction… Only 16s left. If you want to buy one and have me set it up I’m open to that.
Just buy a cheap 64gb SSD and a 4gb ram module, possibly a power brick if I don’t have an extra.

Maybe also activate it with a LTSC license to keep only essentials.
If you are going Windows LTSC, reinstall completely.
