Thats not gonna work. What happens when they need to add an extra minyan or a special shiur, or a small notice on the bottom about no kiddush this week. If its just an html file, they’ll have no idea how to edit it and youll have to be called every time, which is a pain for both you and them
I am in middle of building an admin dashboard connected to a database for them to use for that

Thinking of making one now for My shul also but we want an outdoor screen, does such a thing exist? did anyone ever see an outdoor tv and / or computer?
To clarify Its under a roof so it needs cold and heat protection not rain protection
How cold can a Mini‑PCs be in without breaking?

I added a auto login and auto start chrome in kiosk mode to the page on login to the PC you reccomended with a hisense tv
Also ran a powershell script to block windows updates and those notifications, hope it works - Claude made it for me
