They’re called that, for marketing purposes.
It doesn’t make it a whole new os.
They’re customized os’s, not custom os’s.
Otherwise, every stock rom could be considered a custom os.

Does anyone know of an online program that can analyze a system.img. I am not looking to edit it just see what’s in it.
Or a offline program that can run with techloq filter and 8 gig ram without slowing down my laptop.
