I have V 1.23 and none of the accesibility settings work, how can I downgrade to 1.22?

EDIT: I never gave the permissions for the external app.

Now I gave it but it still doesn’t work. What does it mean when the external accessibility app asks you to sign in?

After going into settings on phone and turning on accessibility for egate it worked for a few minutes then stopped.

What are people actually using the accessibility block feature for? It’s so troublesome to get working across all devices that I’ve often thought of just removing it.

One of the best parts of eGate for me is the WebView blocker.

@FlipAdmin eGate is useless if theres no WebView block. Its a requirement as part of the filter. If theres no working WebView block, you lose everyone

I don’t have analytics built into eGate, so it’s hard to know what people use. Thanks for the feedback.

No problem - I filter many, many devices for people and this is one of the biggest things. If WebView isnt blocked, there are IAB which is the same as having Chrome on the phone.

I believe it is fixed on the newer versions.

PS I would not recommend you get 1.31 because it has some bugs that need to be fixed.
