Until now, limitations to kosher phones were always because they were treated as dumbphones, sometimes enhanced dumb-ish phones.

No mafia or authority was limiting the phone for any reason other than kashrus.
Whichever limitations the phones had were always because they’re dumb and held to a high standard of kashrus.

If this system does things wrong, it will change that.

I’ll now say it: The system is a mafia.

Until now, they were a pretty well behaved mafia, but now they’re abusing their power to force a freemium messaging app on us, when existing free options existed.

I guess that’s why I paid $350 for my kosher Wonder phone?
