Yea, there are like a 1000 factories over in China that make smartphones, and because smartphones are such high volume automation makes much more sense. Flip phones hardly have the economies of scale.

Which settled person uses a smartphone on daily basis that costs less then a good 4 - 5 hundred

Ridiculous? Why?
The line of what a basic (not fully kosher) phone is keeps on moving
Now it’s 24six - and if in the next year there is another app that becomes so basic, you would also want it to be included in all the Kosher basic phones. If so, then why is it a “Basic” phone??
