My phone just randomly booted up to android recovery, says cannot load system, your data may be corrupt, and gives me 2 options, try again or factory reset. I’ve tried a few times and nothing moving. Is there anything I can do to recover my data?

There is a website called https://www.wordletterhead.com/ that takes your letterhead and adds it to a word document for you. They charge $9 per file to download it!
Are people really so stupid to pay for such a thing? I bet that if the creator of the site will run for office in california and make this his campaign website he will win by a landslide!
Are there more of these types of sites that do nothing and charge for it?
