Yes as long as you don’t have the code there’s no way for you to modify it
can I remove the app from view so that It cant be seen from the home screen
also has anyone tried eGate on a Qin f22 pro
No, you can’t.
Yes I was able to install it on a F22 but I did have a hard time setting device ownership (Don’t remember exactly what I did)
Maybe you should think of implementing such a option, like being able to hide the egate app from the home screen but only being able to open it from inside the phone settings, there is a small demand for it.
Or maybe you can do what like some other filter companies do, include another setting in eGate letting anybody set a dialer code to launch the app
There is a dialer code: *#*#egate#*#*
LOL I did not know that, I was thinking you can make a option to set your own dialer code to launch egate and hide the app
As per my testing I see this code only works if the app is in the recents, once you clear it the code doesn’t work (at least on a qin)
That is a qin problem. It works just fine on my Tiq M5.
What can you expect from a Chinese phone
when you tried it on the f22 it worked perfectly.
also how did you get it to work in the US
Yes it worked very good I just don’t remember how to set it up
Who said anything about the phone working in the US
is it possible to get it in the US
There is someone in Israel who claims he can get the F22 to work in the US, I had a friend that used him and he said his phone was working
When I open the egate app I can’t log in.
I gave all permissions with Adb
Do you have data or connected to Wi-Fi when entering your license key?
yes was Connected to Wifi.
